So lately I've been drawing a lot. At least half of it has been with my tablet in a effort to properly learn to use it.
And today I noticed something that really upset me.
The last three things I uploaded here all have the same exact composition, boring colour pallets, and empty backgrounds. The worst part is I know I've been drawing things much more dynamic than that. But all my experimentation's look much worse to my eyes. The only things I seem to even tolerate are the things where I'm playing it safe, and it frustrates me that I can't seem to put myself out of my comfort zones.

the amount of time i spend on DA is really limited to how ever long it takes to delete whats in my inbox
i wish i had more dedication to this site
but i honestly just can't really bring myself to care???
and i haven't been active in any part of the community in a reeeeally long time
this whole place feels like a ghost town to me
which i guess makes me one of the ghosts
........
this journal got away from me but the point is
as far removed from this site as i am

Had an x-ray done today and they found you in my heart. The doctor said that if they took you out, I would die, because i couldn't live with out such a good friend.
